Robland SD510 planing and planing machine:
This powerful combination planer ensures perfectly even, square and correct thicknesses of wood. It can process workpieces up to 500 mm thick.
Robland Z3200 panel saw:
This large and high-precision panel saw can cut both standard sheet materials and veneered materials. Thanks to the 3200 mm wide carriage and the presence of a scoring blade, the machine can cut almost all sheet materials.
Meber 600 band saw.
A band saw is usually used for sawing curved shapes, but it can also be used to saw and cut out spikes.
However, this will require a guide.
Robland HX310 Pro milling machine:
This milling machine offers many different application possibilities. In addition to milling grooves and profiles, it allows you to create not only tongue and groove joints, but also dovetail joints.
Circular saw Harwi 130:
This sturdy circular saw is ideal for sawing wooden beams and scaffolding timber, but can also be used effectively for sawing sheet material.
Deep drilling machine.
Deep drilling machine, designed to perform the following operations: cutting grooves, making dovetail joints. The machine is equipped with a drilling table fixed to the frame, while the motor and drilling head are movable. The main advantage of this is that when processing large workpieces there is no need to move the table.
Hettich hinge drill:
In the furniture industry, the largest manufacturers of furniture hinges use their own drilling patterns for the hinge holes. The hinge drill presented in the open workshop is manufactured by Hettich and is therefore fully adapted for use with Hettich hinges.
Felder P200 edge banding machine:
This Felder P200 edgebander can process pre-glued edges up to 2 mm thick and 45 mm high. This means that sawn veneer panels can be professionally processed.
Belt sander HBM 300-H:
This machine is suitable for sanding wood and particleboard, such as furniture boards, plywood and MDF.
Abraxas TBM 20-2 drilling machine:
Always a popular and widely used tool in the workshop, this variable speed machine is equipped with a drill chuck that is suitable for drilling holes with a shank of up to 16 mm.
Morsø FC miter saw:
This foot-operated miter saw is equipped with groove stops and an extension table on the right side. With this miter saw, which is equipped with extremely sharp blades, you can create even bevel angles as well as cross beams. For this purpose, a separate set of blades for cross beams in various intermediate sizes is included.
DeWalt DW770 Miter Saw:
This miter saw is suitable for sawing wooden beams and planks to length. It can saw beams with dimensions of 60x270 mm.
