How does it work?

You can develop your own business in one of the available workshop studios. Use of woodworking machines is included in the rental price, provided that the equipment is used responsibly and in good faith.

To support small businesses and startups, Soul Timber offers flexible rental terms with no long-term commitments. The studio can be rented on a quarterly basis. The notice period for terminating the lease is 4 weeks.

Payment is made in advance every 4 weeks by bank transfer. When renting the studio and using the equipment, the general rules and conditions of use of the workshop apply.

Studio rental

The studio in our workshop is ideal for small, existing businesses operating from a van or home.

It provides small interior design, minor repairs and joinery businesses, as well as new businesses, with a great opportunity to operate from the Soul Timber open workshop.

Use of our wide range of woodworking machines is included in the cost of renting a workspace.

Studio space

The studios are approximately 15 m² in size, rental prices are available on request and include the use of our equipment under fair use conditions. The minimum rental period is 13 weeks. The rental price includes gas, water and electricity. The studios are equipped with two double-earthed sockets and there will be basic lighting. Payment is made every 4 weeks and must be paid in advance. The general terms and conditions of Soul Timber Workshop apply during the rental. You can rent the workbench by the hour; the cost is €20.00 including VAT per hour. When purchasing a punch card for 10 hours: €180.00 (punch cards are paid in half-hour intervals). There is a charge of €4.00 including VAT per bag for sawdust and planing waste. The rental price includes the use of the workshop equipment and the hand tools available. Electric hand tools can be rented for half a day. They are intended for use on the job site only. Soul Timber's general terms and conditions apply during the rental.

Machine tool rental

Do you want to make your own cabinet, table, or other piece of furniture? It's possible! Soul Timber's open workshop offers a wide selection of stationary woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools that allow you to professionally create wood products.

Rent a workbench and use all the necessary equipment for your work. If you are a self-employed craftsman, you can rent a separate studio and use the workshop and machines for your business.

Stationary machines in the workshop can be used free of charge when renting a studio or machine.

Planing/jointing machine

Robland SD510 planing and planing machine:

This powerful combination planer ensures perfectly even, square and correct thicknesses of wood. It can process workpieces up to 500 mm thick.

Panel saw

Robland Z400 format cutting machine:

This large and high-precision machine can cut both standard sheet materials and veneered materials. Thanks to the 4000 mm wide carriage and the presence of a scoring blade, the machine can cut almost all sheet materials.

Belt saw

Meber 600 band saw.

A band saw is usually used for sawing curved shapes, but it can also be used to saw and cut out spikes.

However, this will require a guide.

Shaper

Robland HX310 Pro milling machine:

This milling machine offers many different application possibilities. In addition to milling grooves and profiles, it allows you to create not only tongue and groove joints, but also dovetail joints.

Table circular saw

Circular saw Harwi 130:

This sturdy circular saw is ideal for sawing wooden beams and scaffolding timber, but can also be used effectively for sawing sheet material.

Long hole drilling machine

Deep drilling machine.

Deep drilling machine, designed to perform the following operations: cutting grooves, making dovetail joints. The machine is equipped with a drilling table fixed to the frame, while the motor and drilling head are movable. The main advantage of this is that when processing large workpieces there is no need to move the table.

Articulated drill

BLUM Drilling and Tapping Machine:

In the furniture industry, the largest manufacturers of furniture hinges use their own drilling patterns for the holes for the hinges. The drilling and tapping machine for hinges, presented in the open workshop, is manufactured by Blum and is therefore fully adapted for use with various furniture hinges.

Edgebanding machine

Edgebanding machine AKV 2000 DK:

This edge banding machine AKV 2000 DK allows you to process and glue edges up to 2 mm thick and 45 mm high. This allows you to professionally process veneered and melamine panels.

Edge sander

Belt sander HBM 300-H:

This machine is suitable for sanding wood and particleboard, such as furniture boards, plywood and MDF.

Pole drilling machine

Abraxas TBM 20-2 drilling machine:

Always a popular and widely used tool in the workshop, this variable speed machine is equipped with a drill chuck that is suitable for drilling holes with a shank of up to 16 mm.

Miter saw

DeWalt DW770 Miter Saw:

This miter saw is suitable for sawing wooden beams and planks to length. It can saw beams with dimensions of 60x270 mm.

Power tools

Power tools can be rented for half a day if you already have a workshop or machine shop. The following equipment is available at Soul Timber:

Hand tools

There is a tool cabinet next to the machines, which stores the most common and frequently used hand tools. Users of rented machines have access to the available hand tools.

Workbench rental

The Soul Timber open workshop has 5 machines that can be rented by entrepreneurs and individuals for a minimum of one hour; reservations must be made in advance by email or by writing a message to +31645206468 WhatsApp. After that, you will be able to use the existing fleet of stationary woodworking machines and all available hand tools. Electric hand tools can be rented separately for a minimum of one hour.

How does it work?

When renting a machine, you can use existing stationary woodworking machines, provided that you follow the rules of fair use. To guarantee the availability of a machine, please reserve it in advance by email or phone.

When renting a machine, you can use the hand tools available. Electric hand tools are also available for half-day rentals.

Commission work

Soul Timber also works on a custom basis for third parties. The cost of custom work will be stated in advance in a detailed estimate, if desired. The availability of such equipment clearly sets us apart from most manufacturers.

About me:

I have been professionally engaged in the production of custom-made wooden products for over 14 years. My experience includes the creation of kitchen cabinets, bedroom furniture, exclusive products according to individual projects, as well as the production and installation of interior and entrance doors.

Previously, most of my new clients came through referrals from previous clients. After moving to the Netherlands, I started a new phase where I am rebuilding my business, building on my accumulated experience and professionalism.

Today, I am focused on developing my specialization in the manufacture of wooden stairs, cabinets under a sloping roof, and individual projects of varying complexity. This allows me to further hone my skills and offer my clients the highest quality and thoughtful solutions.
