You can develop your own business in one of the available workshop studios. Use of woodworking machines is included in the rental price, provided that the equipment is used responsibly and in good faith.
To support small businesses and startups, Soul Timber offers flexible rental terms with no long-term commitments. The studio can be rented on a quarterly basis. The notice period for terminating the lease is 4 weeks.
Payment is made in advance every 4 weeks by bank transfer. When renting the studio and using the equipment, the general rules and conditions of use of the workshop apply.
The studio in our workshop is ideal for small, existing businesses operating from a van or home.
It provides small interior design, minor repairs and joinery businesses, as well as new businesses, with a great opportunity to operate from the Soul Timber open workshop.
Use of our wide range of woodworking machines is included in the cost of renting a workspace.

The Soul Timber open workshop has 4 studios ranging in size from 12 to 18 sq m.

Studio space
The studios are approximately 15 m² in size, rental prices are available on request and include the use of our equipment under fair use conditions. The minimum rental period is 13 weeks. The rental price includes gas, water and electricity. The studios are equipped with two double-earthed sockets and there will be basic lighting. Payment is made every 4 weeks and must be paid in advance. The general terms and conditions of Soul Timber Workshop apply during the rental. You can rent the workbench by the hour; the cost is €20.00 including VAT per hour. When purchasing a punch card for 10 hours: €180.00 (punch cards are paid in half-hour intervals). There is a charge of €4.00 including VAT per bag for sawdust and planing waste. The rental price includes the use of the workshop equipment and the hand tools available. Electric hand tools can be rented for half a day. They are intended for use on the job site only. Soul Timber's general terms and conditions apply during the rental.

In our workshop, we have an in-house CNC machine that we use to manufacture part of our orders. This allows us to achieve high precision, consistent quality, and execute complex projects.
The availability of such equipment clearly sets us apart from most manufacturers.
I have been professionally engaged in the production of custom-made wooden products for over 14 years. My experience includes the creation of kitchen cabinets, bedroom furniture, exclusive products according to individual projects, as well as the production and installation of interior and entrance doors.
Previously, most of my new clients came through referrals from previous clients. After moving to the Netherlands, I started a new phase where I am rebuilding my business, building on my accumulated experience and professionalism.
Today, I am focused on developing my specialization in the manufacture of wooden stairs, cabinets under a sloping roof, and individual projects of varying complexity. This allows me to further hone my skills and offer my clients the highest quality and thoughtful solutions.
